FLOW CYTOMETER MACHINE
The MS1 Flow Cytometer machine has been developed to target a reduction in deaths from malaria. It is unique in that is uses one laser, purpose-built electronics, software, hardware and liquid flow control with no initial or ongoing licence or other fees.

Because of the remote and possible hostile locations of use, it has been made as a modular system with multiple on-board LED indication that will enable the end user to simply identify any future faults or errors. It does not require engineer installation and replacement parts can be installed by a local technician/engineer after email conversation to identify the fault.
The price of this Flow cytometer machine is less than 10% of alternative machines.
MS FLOW CYTOMETER MACHINE
Total Electronic Control believe there is only one current machine able to do this work, but our machine has been developed as a reliable alternative. It's without the many complications of over-engineering. Initially only for detecting DS Red protein but we are planning on future generations for DS Green.

The first machine was built for Imperial College London and is in use at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. The positive collect rate has been approximately 3 to 4 second with an accuracy of 98-99%.
